WARRANTY
WHAT IS COVERED
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship: broken stitching, defective zippers, structural failures under normal use.
COVERAGE PERIOD
12 months from the original purchase date. Proof of purchase (Amazon order number) required.
NOT COVERED
Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, overloading beyond 40 lbs, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function.
HOW TO START A CLAIM
STEP 1
Take a photo of the defect and locate your Amazon order number.
STEP 2
Email support@myolnirbag.com with your order number and photo.
STEP 3
We will respond within 48 hours with a replacement or resolution. No hoops, no arguments.
