Returns
Return window & condition
- 30 days from delivery for a refund to original payment method.
- Item must be clean, undamaged, and include all parts & packaging.
- Returns showing excessive wear, misuse, or missing parts may be refused or partially refunded.
Purchased on Amazon?
If you bought on Amazon, please initiate your return directly via Your Orders in Amazon within their policy window. Amazon provides prepaid labels and processes the refund. For manufacturing defects after Amazon’s window, use our warranty form.
How to return (non-Amazon purchases)
- Submit the Return Request form below (choose “Return within 30 days”).
- We’ll email you RMA instructions and a return address.
- Pack securely. Include all parts, strap, and insert.
- After inspection, we issue a refund (typically within 5–7 business days from receipt).
Refund timing
Once your return is checked-in and approved, refunds usually post within 5–7 business days. Bank/issuer times may vary.
Warranty
Coverage
- 12-month limited manufacturer’s warranty from date of delivery.
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship (e.g., premature seam failure, zipper failure, hardware breakage under normal use).
Not covered
- Wear & tear, cuts, burns, chemical damage, or misuse/overloading beyond published specs.
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect function.
- Third-party modifications.
Remedy
At our discretion we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Replacement may be of equal or better condition. You may be asked to return or responsibly dispose of the defective item.
