Official Rules – MYOLNIR Monthly Giveaway

1) Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of MYOLNIR (“Sponsor”), and the immediate families and household members of each, are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

2) Timing & Frequency

The Giveaway is conducted monthly. Each “Monthly Entry Period” begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last calendar day of the same month. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device. The program begins November 1, 2025 and continues until terminated by Sponsor.

3) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

  • Web Form: During a Monthly Entry Period, visit the Giveaway page at /win200/ and submit the form with your name and a valid email address. You must confirm your subscription (double opt-in) to complete your entry.
  • Alternate Method (Email): Send an email to CHIKORELAMZ+MYOLNIR@gmail.com with subject line “MYOLNIR Giveaway Entry” and include your full name and state of residence. Emails must be received within the applicable Monthly Entry Period.

Limits: One (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Entries generated by script, macro, or automated means, or which subvert the entry process, are void. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.

4) Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

One (1) winner per Monthly Entry Period will receive one (1) power tool selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (brand/model may vary). ARV: up to $200 USD. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Shipment only to addresses within the 50 U.S. states or DC.

5) Winner Selection & Notification

  • Drawing: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that Monthly Entry Period within seven (7) days after its close.
  • Notification: Potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within seven (7) days with any requested information (e.g., eligibility affidavit, address). Failure to respond, return documents, or if email is undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate.
  • Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in that Monthly Entry Period.
  • Verification: Sponsor may require proof of identity/eligibility consistent with these Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

6) General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway or any Monthly Entry Period if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions.

7) Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation or notice.

8) Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize, including but not limited to: technical errors, human error, theft, unauthorized access, or printing/administrative errors. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9) Third Parties

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Amazon. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Amazon.

10) Privacy

Information collected is governed by Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive marketing emails from MYOLNIR; you may unsubscribe at any time via the link contained in those emails.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Official Rules and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of the State of New York and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

12) Winner List

For the name of the winner from a specific Monthly Entry Period, send an email to CHIKORELAMZ+MYOLNIR@gmail.com with subject line “Winner List Request – Month/Year” within thirty (30) days after that Monthly Entry Period ends.
