United States (primary)
  • Orders placed on our Amazon listings ship from Amazon fulfillment centers within the U.S.
  • Delivery options at checkout are provided by Amazon (Standard / Expedited where available).
Other regions

For customers outside the U.S., availability may vary by marketplace. If your country isn’t supported at checkout, please contact us.

Handling & transit times

Handling time
  • Amazon orders: Usually ship within 1 business day from placement (subject to Amazon’s operational cutoffs and inventory status).
  • Direct / special orders: Typically ship within 1–2 business days. We’ll email you if anything changes.
Transit estimates
  • Standard: ~2–5 business days (contiguous U.S.).
  • Expedited: Options shown at checkout when available.
  • Rural areas, carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons may affect timelines.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Amazon orders can also be tracked via Your Orders in Amazon.

Address changes & cancellations

For fastest results, use your Amazon order page to request changes or cancellation before the order ships. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.

Direct / special orders

Contact us ASAP with your order number and the requested change. If your parcel has not left the facility, we’ll do our best to update it.

Lost or damaged shipments

Please photograph the box, shipping label, and product. Start a claim via Returns & Warranty and include the photos/links.

Marked delivered but not received
  • Check around the delivery area and with neighbors.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order.
  • If still missing after 48 hours, open a case with the carrier and notify us via Contact.
